F. Figueira

F. Figueira is a Brazilian/Spanish data engineer living in Madrid and working on what he loves, trying not only to make a living with his skills but using them as a tool to help people and society.

F is passionate about AI at scale with a particular interest in ESG measurement, Spatio-temporal modeling, and cloud architecture. - His work experience is quite diverse and indeed ranges from software/computer engineering applied to the financial market, passing by high-performance computing in applied science, to cloud-based martech AI solutions. - All of that using a lot of data at scale, cloud tech, and different tools - so that he is always learning something new.

Currently, his work and collaborations combine proprietary research, predictive analytics, and data-driven market expertise to identify secular trends, thematic investment strategies, and mispriced investment opportunities throughout the real estate cycle.
